An idea is often a possibility.

A concept is a developed idea.

Concepts provide enough structure and detail for others to understand:

  • What the idea is
  • Who it serves
  • Why it matters
  • How it creates value

Every concept should create value for someone.

A value proposition explains why the concept matters.
